Cari
Phoebe is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Cari, where she leads the company’s product vision and strategy. She brings experience spanning financial services, fintech, regulatory technology, and entrepreneurship, with much of her career focused on building and scaling early-stage enterprise technology companies.
Prior to co-founding Cari, Phoebe was a Director at Ludwig Advisors, where she advised financial institutions and other financial services companies on strategy, regulatory, and operational matters. Previously, she held a strategy and operations role at LMRKTS, a fintech providing optimization and compression services for derivatives markets, through the company’s acquisition by Capitolis in 2021. Before LMRKTS, she helped build regulatory technology startup Merlon Intelligence as its second employee, serving as Business Operations Manager. She began her career at Promontory Financial Group, advising financial institutions on regulatory and risk management matters before moving into leadership roles as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. Phoebe is also the founder of an e-commerce fashion brand she eventually sold in 2025.
She received her BS in International Economics from Georgetown University and her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Tokenization has moved beyond experimentation—but scaling it remains a challenge. Many initiatives are still confined to pilots that fail to deliver meaningful client adoption or revenue impact.
This session examines what it takes to move tokenization into production. From tokenized deposits and treasuries to private assets and funds, executives will explore how to design offerings that meet real client needs, align with balance sheet strategy, and operate at institutional scale. The discussion will focus on turning innovation into measurable outcomes—volume, liquidity, and revenue.
